Anheuser-Busch has purchased five and a half minutes of air time — the brand’s biggest ad buy to date — and that time includes 60 glorious seconds of its iconic Clydesdale horses. The brewer pre-released the spot (above), its first pre-release of the season.
The ad features a Dalmatian riding atop a shipment of beer as it travels through a wind farm. The spot ends with “brewed with wind power” message and includes Bob Dylan’s “Blowin’ in the Wind” as the track.
A dog, the Clydesdales AND Bob Dylan? We smell an early contender for this year’s SpotBowl title.
